IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY DIFFICULTIES ORDERING YOUR MEDICATION PLEASE CALL IN TO THE SURGERY WHERE RECEPTION STAFF WILL BE HAPPY TO HELP. ALL PATIENTS OF ANY AGE CAN CALL TO REQUEST MEDICATION MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM TO 5PM. THIS WILL STILL TAKE 72 HOURS TO PROCESS AND WILL GO TO YOUR NOMINATED PHARMACY IF YOU HAVE ONE. ALTERNATIVELY YOU CAN REGISTER FOR PATIENT ACCESS, WITH THIS YOU ARE ABLE TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS ON LINE, VIEW PARTIAL MEDICAL RECORDS AND ORDER REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS. PLEASE CALL INTO THE SURGERY FOR DETAILS ON HOW TO REGISTER FOR THIS SERVICE.

In the Dudley and Netherton area practices are working in partnership to provide additional GP appointments. If you need access to an evening or weekend non-urgent appointment, please call and speak to the receptionist at your registered practice during normal opening hours.
Your appointment may be with another practice in the area and may not be at your registered practice.
The surgery will not be open and patients who have already booked into these appointments will have to access the building via the intercom situated at the right hand side of the entrance door.
If you do not have an appointment pre-booked and you turn up you will NOT be seen.
We have disabled parking spaces; please press the intercom at the entrance to the car park.
We have automatic doors and a wheelchair is available for use in the surgery.
