We offer a range of clinics and services at the surgery. There are some tasks you can do, such as health reviews, using our online forms.

In-House clinics

Asthma clinic

Access through the practice nurse or the doctor.

If you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your asthma symptoms, please use our Asthma review form.

Blood tests

Local clinics are available – ask at reception for more details.

Access through the doctor or the practice nurse.

If you are waiting for test results, please contact us.

CHD clinic

Access via the practice nurse.

Child health surveillance

This is undertaken by a GP and a nurse on a Thursday morning 10am to 11am.

Diabetic clinic

Clinics are held bi-weekly. Contact the surgery for details.

Health promotion clinic

For advice on blood pressure, smoking, healthy eating, weight, etc.

Access through the practice nurse.

If you have been advised by the surgery to submit your blood pressure readings on a regular basis, please use our blood pressure review form.

Minor surgery

Please make an appointment with the doctor.

Smoking cessation

Accessed via self-referral. Please make an appointment with one of the nursing team.

Our physiotherapists run 4 clinics per week as follows:
